About La Moda:


Located on El Camino Real across from the Atascadero Police Station, this new three-story mixed-use development will feature 9 luxury residential apartments above a ground-floor steakhouse.


The residential units will include 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, private balconies, and high ceilings.

Front Retail Space ~2200 Square Feet

Patio Space ~950 Square Feet

Back Retail Space (Building B) ~440 Square Feet
